My transition from 25 years as a chef in fine dining restaurants worldwide to creating Noosa Power Ballz...
Since returning to Australia and having kids, it was no longer an option to run a busy restaurant kitchen, so I combined my love of good food and my love of yoga & a balanced lifestyle to turn high-quality nutritious ingredients into healthy snacks to indulge. As a yoga enthusiast & mother of 2, I was always looking for snacks that were convenient, sugar-free, zero additives and loved by the whole family, so our range was born!
That's why we created Noosa Power Ballz. We're a small family business with big dreams to provide convenient plant-based snacking options with wholesome ingredients—because no one should have to choose between good health or great taste! We want to help people snack happier and take the fuss out of having healthy options.
Gustavo, who is also a chef, is the creator of Noosa Power Ballz' branding. From the logo to the packaging & labels & everything in between. Our logo font was handwritten by Gustavo which was created from his love of calligraphy and his visual arts background.
